As a Business Account Coordinator, you’ll work directly with our business clients to guide orders from first contact to final ship—ensuring every detail is perfect and every client is happy with their product.

• Serve as the go-to point of contact for B2B clients via phone and email
• Process, track, and manage custom orders
• Collaborate with our production teams to keep projects on schedule
• Troubleshoot issues with confidence and professionalism
