THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT COORDINATOR ROLE:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has the communication and coordination skills to support the Business Account Managers within the Leeds and the surrounding areas.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR BUSINESS ACCOUNT COORDINATOR WILL INCLUDE:

• Actively supporting the account managers with the management of our larger and more complex accounts.
• Working closely with the team to ensure that customers are getting excellent service and we are maximising market share from all customers we deal with.
• Building relationships with key customer contacts.
• To ensure business growth from existing customer base is maximised.

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS BUSINESS ACCOUNT COORDINATOR ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

• The desire to build a career and succeed in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills and be computer literate.
• A full UK driving licence, as travel within the area and throughout the UK, when relevant, will be required.
• A relevant site H&S card, but this can be included as part of the training.
