Position Summary We are looking for an ambitious Business Account Executive to join our high-performing team in Sydney. This is a developmental role ideal for a candidate looking to build a career in Account Management within the FMCG Industry. The incumbent will play a key support role within the National Account Team to ensure our customer channel strategies are implemented with excellence. The role is a key link between the Support Office and Field Team that ensures executional excellence at store level. Responsibilities Managing internal trade spend processes and submittals with customers Managing customer activations (such as off-location activities) Product promotional forecasting and customer forecast collaboration Manage promotional evaluation for nominated customers Maintain customer range lists Process customer requests for images / product samples Relationship management with relevant retailer contacts in Tier 1 customers Customer management with allocated Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers – support National Account Manager Ensure account priorities are efficiently communicated to the field team Assist with product range reviews and ad-hoc presentations New product launch planning Support new business development What we are looking for Degree qualifications preferred Experience within the FMCG or Retail Industry (in roles such as a Territory Manager, Category Analyst or Brand Activation) Numerically savvy / good commercial acumen Team player Ability to balance multiple tasks – administration support for a National Account Manager as well as customer facing duties managing a specific customer portfolio Eager to learn Come join us!
