REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is highly desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Background in the wine and spirits industry with WSET qualifications.
  • Experience in FMCG environments and retailer systems.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pricing Management: Accurately maintain price files on customer portals and internal systems in collaboration with the Commercial team.
  • Product Coordination: Submit new product forms, oversee new product launches, and manage amendments to product packaging from concept to completion.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and internal departments, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Forecasting and Demand Planning: Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to manage forecasts and adapt to customer demand changes.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity through analysis, store visits, and regular updates.
  • Project Management: Implement price changes, promotional activities, and packaging amendments with precision and efficiency.
  • Customer Support: Promptly address customer queries to ensure satisfaction and trust.
