Description

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree with preference in Business Administration or Marketing.
Requires 2-5 years direct work experience.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Written and verbal proficiency in the languages of English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge on Internet Services, Nodal, Video, Mobile and Broadband products and applications.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Good skills of negotiation and persuasion.
  • Well organized, self-started, and motivated.
  • Outstanding presentation abilities.
  • Computer-literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Driver license valid and in force, and satisfactory driver record.

Responsibilities

The Business Retail Executive is responsible for building/maintaining relationships with customers, retail stores and/or solution providers; account planning/strategy; and pursuing new sales opportunities through assigned stores and customers. Duties directly related to this role: Meeting with customers engaged in sales activities at customers site, communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. Role must be related to the proposed solution/sale, preparing proposals, presentations or bids, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solution/sale, researching and developing solutions for the customer. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer happiness, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
