POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Account Manager to expand our referral network and grow our presence in Brooklyn and Queens. In this field-based role, you’ll build strategic partnerships, engage healthcare providers, and promote our home care and care management services throughout the region.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in healthcare sales, business development, or community outreach to make a meaningful impact while advancing their career.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven success in healthcare business development, marketing, or outreach (home care industry experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Working knowledge of home care, long-term care, or care management preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to drive referrals for home care and care management services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources
  • Promote HouseCalls Home Care services to medical practices, healthcare facilities, and community organizations
  • Represent the agency at health fairs, senior expos, networking events, and industry conferences
  • Maintain active communication with insurance plans, managed care organizations (MCOs), and care coordinators
  • Monitor referral activity, territory growth, and outreach metrics using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and clinical teams to support growth initiatives
