We are looking for two Business Account Managers to join our team who will manage relationships in the South, South East, South West and London areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Business Account Manager at The Real Birth Company, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our relationships with key business partners in the Public and Private Sector. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, supporting client satisfaction, and assisting with the successful implementation of our service across the wider team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field ideal, or certificates in relevant area.
  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
  • Familiarity within public health, NHS or wellness industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and other business partners.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and customise childbirth education solutions accordingly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Implement effective account management strategies to maximize revenue and promote the adoption of our services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of our service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and the senior team, highlighting the value and impact of our services.
