What you’ll contribute to
We are seeking two dynamic Business Account Managers who will be responsible in assisting the dealer network in growing their revenue opportunities by coaching and implementation of Value Chain, Customer Experience and Retention activities.
The role is part of our Field Operations Division which is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of vehicle sales, fleet, after sales, marketing, Dealer relationships and local franchise development activities to future proof the Dealer network and achieve Guest satisfaction.
One role is a permanent role and one is a Max term until May 2027.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Development Strategies: Lead the implementation of business development strategies for our client/ customer network via best practice processes and procedures consistent with Toyota’s cultural values.
  • Process and Procedures: Assist the dealer network in generating business development plans, processes and procedures to contribute to sustained guest satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build a strong rapport and relationship with clients (dealers) to ensure client satisfaction and demonstrate their importance to business.
  • Dealer Visits: Maintain effective communication and Dealer relationships through consistent Dealer visits, ensuring all dealers are well informed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Support the analysis of Value Chain data of dealer financial and reporting activities to improve profitability for the network.
