SUMMARY:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Accountability Specialist in the Supply Chain Management Design Team supporting the Third-Party Risk Management process. The role will develop and execute upon strategic business initiatives, including tactical process changes alongside longer strategic developments. Primarily supporting the Development of the IRQ and Assessment components of the process the role will be part of a small team focused on optimization activity whilst ensuring BAU is maintained.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of risk management, supply chain management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience
  • Experience in domestic and international Third-Party risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance and process design.
  • Strong understanding of third-party risk concepts and operation risk frameworks
  • Experience with third party risk platforms and processes in financial services
  • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, and implement solutions
  • Proven ability to think both strategically and tactically, with relentless focus on implementing operationally.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible and readily available to adapt to frequent change
  • The ability to Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide.
  • Experience executing in complex, global delivery environments (preferred)
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Support the development of requirements, complete statistical analysis, support change management across key stakeholders, draft execution plans including technical, training, and program materials.
  • Execution: Drive strategy from implementation to sustainability to include technical and operational execution.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Subject matter expert who interfaces with key risk partners, the LOB, Technology, Operations, and supply chain for the Third-Party Program. Ensuring effective design, assessment, monitoring, and execution between the Third-Party program, risk partner program, supply chain, and the LOB.
  • Analysis: Statistical and process analysis to ensure alignment between risk partner and Third-Party program requirements. Root cause and statistical analysis to determine best approach to address system and/or process defects.
  • System design: Support from concept to implementation through Technology refinement, UAT Testing, updating associated program materials, and training.
