JOB OVERVIEW

An exciting position has become available for a full time Business Admin Assistant based in Wallsend. Salary will depend on experience and be confirmed in the interview. Immediate start.
The role involves working with other members of staff and reporting to management. A Flexible and adaptable approach is essential, as are excellent IT skills using Work, Excel and Outlook. General receptionist duties including, answering phone calls, replying to and monitoring email inboxes. Alongside these duties the role involves chasing information, printing emails and dealing with confidential client documentation.
A trustworthy and reliable person is a must for this role as you will be required to sometimes work alone.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time/ Part-Time.
Hours to be arranged.
Must be able to cover holiday cover.

REQUIREMENTS

  • IT literate.
  • Punctual
  • Full knowledge of excel, word and outlook.
  • Minimum of 4 GCSE’S Including Mathematics and English grade 4/D or higher.
  • Communication skills, in person and over phones
  • Time management
  • Can work well in a team and alone
  • Has a full UK driving license and vehicle, mileage will be paid if required to drive during work hours
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: From £1.00 per year
    Expected hours: No more than 35.5 per week
