Description

Bright Learning Centre is a well-established training provider who is looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to join our small business team to achieve our targets and goals. If you have passion to work as an Admin and have a can-do attitude, then we would like to hear from you. It would be advantageous if you have had customer service experience in the education/financial education sector.
Note: This is an apprenticeship role for 12 -18 months.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

  • Excellent friendly customer service skills
  • Multilingual in English and Hindi or Punjabi language
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Multitasking and can-do attitude
  • Excellent IT skills using the word, excel, outlook and other day-to-day office used software.
  • Good command of English - both written and verbal
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work full time weekdays.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of Receptionist and administrative tasks and looking after the business with minimal supervision. You will be familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel and have sound organisational, customer service, communication, social media, and inter-personal skills.
· Ensuring customer are greeted in a professional manner
· Respond to all first-line inquiries by telephone, face to face and social media
· Identify and understand customers’ needs and advise accordingly
· Uploading Social media posts and stories on daily basis.
· Diary management, photocopying, mail, filing, Sorting, and preparing daily post
· Organising course dates and trainers, creating quotes, booking course, completing paperwork, dealing with the enrolment process.
· You will be responsible to build a strong relationship with current and old customers.
· Ad-hoc day to day administration tasks to support business.
