About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Retail Operations team. This role offers hands-on exposure to how retail businesses operate behind the scenes — from inventory planning to merchandising coordination and project execution across stores. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and maintain records for sales, inventory, and operations Track and monitor stock movements, including stock in/out and transfers Work closely with merchandisers to support timely stock replenishment across stores Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations Support execution of retail initiatives such as promotions, campaigns, and brand collaborations Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution Provide administrative and operational support to the retail team as needed About You Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Logistics, or related fields Detail-oriented with strong organisational and coordination skills Comfortable working with MS Word and Excel. Good communication skills and able to work with different teams
