As a 3rd generation family run company based in Gloucester, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven member of staff to join our small and friendly admin team. We are a multi-award winning company with an enviable reputation for excellence and we want people to know about it.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent communication skills - verbal, visual, graphical and written form
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient with social media in the workplace - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok
• Creative outlook with excellent attention to detail
• A highly motivated, self starter who is organised and efficient
• Knowledge of Sage Payroll and Accounts preferred, but not essential

EDUCATIONAL:

• GCSE Qualifications Grade C and above in English and Maths preferred

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in customer quotations and sales preferred
• Experience in business admin and record keeping preferred
• Experience in business marketing and sales preferred
• Knowledge of sage payroll and accounts preferred but not essential

We are seeking to recruit a talented Business Admin & Marketing Assistant to support Bennetts Coaches in gaining the maximum exposure within our industry. You will strive to develop the excellent working relationships we already have with our existing customers and aim to promote and forge new working partnerships. You will work seamlessly alongside other members of the team on all business related activities, covering duties as required.
