JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant will support both the HR team and central administrative function in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business.
This role has a wide remit which includes input to all administration functions, and is an important support role to the business.
Role Location: Romford
Working hours: Monday to Friday, usually 9AM to 5.30PM

Responsibilities
  • Creating and filing electronic documents within Microsoft SharePoint folders and our industry specific Timegate employee rostering system
  • Scanning and filing of physical documents
  • Supporting HR in the process of recruitment and selection of candidates
  • Carrying out pre employment checks
  • Managing HR records within our Timegate system including processes to set up new employees employee rostering, administration relating to holiday requests and on termination of employment
  • Monitoring and reporting on business processes including
  • training and appraisal processes
  • welfare checks
  • site specific assignment instructions and risk assessments
  • supplier registers
  • customer and employee satisfaction surveys
  • risk registers
  • rostering
  • Taking minutes of meetings
