Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You’ll work closely with the HR team and support the day-to-day office management of our busy workplace. Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, you’ll play an important role in creating a professional and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of administrative tasks, from helping with HR and H&S Administration tasks, managing shared mailboxes, to ensuring the office runs smoothly.
The right individual should be a great team player, have a proven track record of attention to detail, consistency and accuracy and have effective time management skills with the ability to work to tight and changing deadlines.

THIS IS YOUR IDEAL ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Good communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Accurate data input, record keeping and reporting skills
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools like Word and Excel
  • A team player who enjoys solving problems and helping others
