JOB SUMMARY

The Online Training Coordinator will take a supportive role in all activity maintaining sustainable profitable growth of the companies training division outside of Part 147 Type Training/Gen Fam courses building on its solid platform, excellent reputation, and growing Customer base. They will be responsible for supporting the Online Training Manager with key customer interactions and price proposals, developing high quality training material guided by targets and support from Online Training Manager, and mentoring the Administration Apprentice through their role.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • GCSE Grade 9-6 (A*-C) in Maths and English
  • Business Administration / Customer Support NVQ Level 2 (minimum)
  • IT Functional Skills

DESIRES EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educated to A-Level or above
  • Articulate 360 Training

MINIMUM PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of administrative techniques
  • Team working
  • Online training and Learner Management system (LMS) experience
  • Web-sales experience

OTHER SKILLS

  • Use of IT systems (Teams, All MS Office, Business Central, Articulate 360, Adobe)
  • An exceptional eye for detail and work accuracy
  • High level of motivation and enthusiasm
  • Good time management and discipline for achieving deadlines.
  • Keen interest in aviation industry

Responsibilities
  • Lead coordination of online training/eLearning for key clients, as delegated by OTM; o Including: Price Proposals, customer liaison, order processing, and more.
  • Mentoring of Training Admin Apprentice on delivering excellent customer service to smaller clients, as delegated by OTM.
  • Supporting OTM in coordination of non-Type instructor-led classroom courses; o Including: booking instructors, coordinating travel, customer liaison support.
  • Assisting Sales Development Rep with finalising order processing. * Developing engaging and interactive training material to strict deadlines, under the direction of OTM and support from relevant subject matter experts.
  • Attend regular update meetings with OTM and Head of Training to report on progress and key business developments.
