Over 18yrs: £10.71ph – 40 hours per week including time at college
Over 21yrs: £12.21ph - 40 hours per week including time at college

About the role:
During your apprenticeship within our Head Office branch in Gloucester, you will be part of the People Services Team, your main duties will be supporting the team with all People Services and HR queries; answering the phones, responding to emails, responding to service now tickets raised by the business and any other general administration office work required from you by the Team Leader.
This Apprenticeship could be tailored towards all round Business Support or a HR Pathway.

Accountabilities:

  • Dealing with HR Queries
  • Answering phones to the business.
  • Support the management of integrity of data for the business.
  • Sending and responding to email communication
  • Completing assignments – apprenticeship.

Role Criteria:

  • GCSE Grade 4 or above in both Math’s and English
  • The ability to learn and develop a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to understand and interpret work instructions
  • Be able to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships
  • Hardworking
  • Self-motivated
