SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Ideally BTEC in ICT or Business Admin, with GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Some experience in a support desk environment is helpful.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • A UK driving licence is a plus.

Responsibilities

APPRENTICE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ROLE – SUMMARY

Join a support team to learn how to provide admin and technical help on managed service contracts. You’ll assist with resolving faults, updating systems, and delivering great customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help log and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Update customer records, assets, and repairs.
  • Support engineers and escalate issues when needed.
  • Assist with changes to systems and keep information accurate.
  • Communicate clearly with users and the team.
