REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Confident, caring, and hungry for challenges and growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Hands-on and willing to be closely involved in managing things and making decisions.
  • No work experience is required.
  • Have a positive attitude, be approachable, and believe in team spirit.
  • Interns who perform to expectations would be considered for a permanent position after their internship period.
Responsibilities
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to execute the task given by a superior.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the Department.
  • Follow up on action items and coordinate with the HR manager
  • Able to maintain strict confidence and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and other interns.
  • Liaising with various departments such as Marketing, Logistic,s and Data Entry.
  • Assist to drive marketing activities of property listing on own effort, E.g: online media, social media, and adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain a good record system for all admin and confidential matters.
  • Experience is not necessary, we will provide the training. The working attitude is more important.
  • Meet the above requirements, and be able to work from Monday to Saturday, at 9am-6pm
