EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • GCSE English and Maths grade A*-C (9-4) or equivalent
  • Previous administration experience advantageous, but not essential

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This isn’t your typical admin job, it’s about being at the heart of our sales and support teams. If you enjoy organising, collaborating, and making things happen efficiently, this role is for you. Your support will directly impact our sales success and client satisfaction, contributing significantly to our company’s ongoing growth and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Integrate with sales support processes to effectively assist our sales team.
  • Liaise with suppliers to gather information and manage customer accounts.
  • Support senior consultants with account management tasks.
  • Continuously improve and update internal sales support processes.
  • Accurately maintain and update our company database.
  • Conduct supply point and contract audits.
  • Assist in energy procurement by obtaining power, gas, and water pricing.
  • Create clear, accurate customer cost comparisons.
  • Manage account terminations and organisation of Industrial & Commercial (I&C) accounts.
  • Handle SME support requests.
