Description
Assist the Head of GSE with business administration and operational management. Support the planning and execution of sponsorships and marketing partnerships, including those with sports leagues, media, and events. Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for strategic visibility. Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives. Coordinate internal reporting, dashboards, and communications for leadership. Develop presentations, internal updates, and meeting materials. Improved structure and efficiency in team processes and reporting. Highly motivated and independent leader with a strong work ethic. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication and storytelling skills. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills. Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent initiatives. Proficient in simplifying and communicating complex subject matter. Ideal Candidate Profile: 2-5 years of experience in business management, operations, or project coordination, preferably within financial services or a similar corporate environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Strong written communication and presentation-building skills. Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $58,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
