JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Business Administratorreports to Project Manager and is responsible for coordinating and administering business needs of the Anderson Family, including managing Bookkeeper, and outsourced tax services, insurance, property tax, business permits and ad-hoc project administration.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in general business administration; financial management experience a plus.
  • Successful leadership experience
  • Budgeting and Forecasting Experience
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate successfully in a team environment and lead in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in agriculture/manufacturing industry
  • Previous experience as controller or financial manager

  • Timely review of monthly financial statements and analysis
