Description We are seeking a full-time motivated and organized Business Administrator to manage the daily function of the church office and related staff. This position is responsible to the pastor for overseeing essential functions, including office management, financial oversight, human resources, and other duties as needed. This position begins on December 15, 2025. Requirements Overseeing budgets, accounts payable, and payroll. Supervising support staff. Managing Human Resource information for all staff and volunteers. Managing facility maintenance and operations. Ensuring effective communication with staff, parishioners, and leadership. The role requires strong financial acumen, excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, business management, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of church information and a desire to serve and support the church's spiritual mission. We prefer candidates to have business and accounting experience. Salary will be based on experience.
