Arup Kuala Lumpur have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Business/Front Office Administrator to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team. In this role you will be responsible to act as the first point of contact for all front office activities, managing corporate travels, and to undertake a range of other administrative tasks within the Office Services Department. With access to a global community of office staff & administrators you will collaborate with and learn from other minds.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum Diploma holder in Hospitality & Tourism Management / Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Business
  • Relevant experience in administration / travel coordination experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skill and a team player.
  • Results driven, with ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of high workload, including assisting others to meet deadlines.
