Identify budget requirements, initiate purchase orders, review and approve invoices, and update study budget files. Monitor and report on expenses related to consultant use for live training; prepare and deliver requested reports and KPIs. Oversee invoicing for client training deliverables and manage software/device distribution and related costs. Maintain and support automation tools and databases used by the Client Education team. Coordinate translation of training materials, including submitting requests, managing vendor activities, and communicating timelines to stakeholders. Initiate deployment of translated materials and support testing of content distribution. Update internal databases with translation project details and manage purchase orders and invoices for translation services.
