JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Administrator to join our on site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to to the construction site management team. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in computerised systems, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
· Store and retrieve information from manual and electronic systems
· Answering incoming calls and emails
· Document management
· Monitoring of site progress report
· To compile ‘as built’ drawings using AutoCAD upon completion of a project
· Photocopying, filing and scanning
· Provide administrative duties for the site management team.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
