KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or substantial experience as a seasoned bookkeeper with strong financial administration capabilities
  • Working knowledge of project accounting and financial operations within a project-based environment
  • Proficiency with financial systems, with experience in Viewpoint Vista considered highly desirable

Exposure to ERP implementations or finance system development, with an interest in continuous process improvement

  • Solid understanding of BAS, FBT, and Payroll Tax obligations and compliance
  • High level of attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and support operational functions
