Mō te tūranga | What you’ll be doing This is a fixed-term role for 12 months to support the incumbent while they take parental leave. Drive business efficiency and administrative support in a dynamic team, helping ensure the safety and success of New Zealand’s dam infrastructure. Ensure the smooth operation of business and financial systems, supporting both day-to-day and strategic functions. Provide project delivery support, including report preparation, data analysis, and process improvement. Administer and coordinate Health, Safety, and Wellbeing systems to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. Champion continuous improvement by recommending and implementing enhancements to business processes. Support the team and clients through effective communication, event coordination, and onboarding activities.
