We’re a successful and growing business looking for an experienced Business Administrator & P.A. to join our team.
This is a “1-Year, Fixed Term Contract” due to mat leave cover and a key role, providing day-to-day support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, Senior Admninistrator or Office Manager.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, positive, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Able to work with discretion and professionalism at all times
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide PA support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Manage office operations, including front-of-house and reception duties
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing post and office supplies
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting room setups
  • Act as the primary contact for building facilities and maintenance
  • Support company events and charity initiatives
  • Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding/offboarding and maintaining HR systems.
  • Submit monthly payroll amendments.
  • Manage company fleet admin, including fuel cards and insurance documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2013
  • Perform general admin duties and support other departments as needed
