THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN AND GROW IN A GREAT OFFICE ENVIRONMENT. WE HAVE A SMALL TEAM OF EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATORS THAT WILL WORK WITH YOU AND ASSIST IN YOUR DEVELOPMENT.

You will learn a vast and wide-ranging number of tasks from day to day administration to the production and evaluation of management reports. A sample of duties include:

  • Use of varying methods of communication with customers and franchisees – email, text, telephone and social media.
  • Administration of Direct Debit software and other customer payment method tools.
  • Production of management reports.
  • Importing of new customer records and scheduling.
  • Using all Microsoft applications and company databases.
  • First point of contact with customers. Dealing with queries, taking customer payments & resolving issues.
  • Interaction with office team members and operations team members.
  • Interaction with Maintenance Manager and instruction into key operations tasks from time to time.

You will follow an extensive training plan in all aspects of the business. Hands on training from Managing Director and fellow office staff where applicable.

  • Our office is rural so you will need transport to and from the office each day. Walking or public transport will not be suitable as we are on a busy road with no pavement. Ample parking on site for cars.
  • You will be using a computer all day and phone
  • You need to bring your own lunch and snacks, On Fridays we do a group lunch onsite.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £8.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
