WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You’ll be responsible for looking after the day-to-day aspects of running the office, incorporating a variety of tasks.
We’ll ask you to manage our weekly staff timesheet booking process, including using our bespoke timesheet system, setting up and maintaining job numbers, using excel to register job numbers and create weekly reports, and support staff with timesheet booking.
You’ll support our quality management processes and help the team maintain compliance with record management and document control procedures.
The role will also include supporting our ESol technical teams where needed.
