Description
Responsibilities

· Support the dispatch department to ensure that all customer orders are completed and delivered in a timely manner
· Provide efficient administrative support to all departments within the group including recording keeping, storing of files, document control and reconciliation across all departments within the group
· Dealing with customer queries and order and resolving any issues that may occur
· Deliver excellent customer service throughout
· Assist senior management in implementation of all company objectives and directives
· Liaise to receive or obtain required information for customer orders and queries through effective communication
· To be a first point of contact for all visitors and ensure all procedures and documentation is completed
· Accepting incoming telephone calls and directing appropriately within the department
· Key point of contact for the day to day activity within new WMS systems.
· Manage the booking system for all experience bookings whilst liaising with the events team
· Support the accounts department with invoice processing, credit checks, ledgers and any general accounts management
· Prioritise tasks to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
· Any other duties reasonably requested
· Complete training as required or requested to enhance capabilities
