If so, we’d love to have you join the IDNA Business Administrative team. As a Business Administrator, you will play a critical role in enabling team effectiveness across IDNA. You’ll partner closely with leaders and teams to manage operational rhythms, support key initiatives, and create a well-organized, high-functioning environment. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Responsibilities Proactively managing and maintaining complex calendars and meeting logistics Supporting team operations, including data tracking for team meetings and recurring rhythms Organizing team morale events, offsites, and engagement activities Coordinating office space management and on-site logistics Managing catering and event-related vendor coordination Assisting with and supporting team projects and cross-functional initiatives Tracking budgets, expenses, and purchase requests Performing core administrative and operational tasks with discretion and accuracy Qualifications Required Qualifications: 2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience. Other Qualifications: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $35.72 - $51.11 per hour.
