As a Business Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, creating a warm and professional welcome while supporting the daily flow of the office.
Reporting to our supportive Business Support Team Leader, you will work closely with team leaders to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while playing an active part in the daily rhythm of the business. This part-time position is a 12 month fixed-term contract for 24 hours per week over 3 days on a rotating roster, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
With guidance from the Business Support Team Leader, you’ll take the lead on a variety of tasks. If you are proactive, methodical and eager to contribute to a collaborative, purpose driven workplace, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to grow your skills within a global consultancy.

Responsibilities
  • Relevant industry experience in administration within a consulting/engineering/built environment business
  • Good understanding of processes, guidelines and job instructions
  • Thorough and methodical approach
  • Follows processes, procedures and instructions and identifies any gaps or inefficiencies
  • Responds positively and productively to the evolving needs of the business, facilitating change
  • Proactively seeks and gives feedback
  • Foundational awareness of health and safety best practice. Able to identify HSE risks, breaches or specific needs and follow internal processes to rectify.
