OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented Business Administrator / Receptionist to join our team . Candidates should have a keen interest in Automotive Knowledge or have worked in similar business will have an advantage but full training will be provided.

SKILLS

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Dealing with customers front end confidently and dealing with enquiries
  • Answering calls professionally
  • Taking bookings via walk in and online booking system
  • Generating invoices
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Photocopying
  • Ordering stock when levels go below threshold.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning new tools and techniques in digital content creation.
  • Understanding how social media works to boost reach is advantageous
  • Keen to learn the business model
  • Should have minimum grade 5-9 in English and Maths
