Description

Main Duties:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for the company’s property lettings and short-let portfolio.
  • Coordinate day-to-day bookings and enquiries for both long-term tenants and Airbnb guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of property income, expenses, tenancy agreements, and compliance documents.
  • Assist with marketing activities, including online listings, promotions, and responding to customer feedback.
  • Support directors in preparing reports on occupancy, revenue, and business performance.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and guests to resolve queries and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor property maintenance schedules and arrange repairs/cleaning services as required.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority lettings regulations, licensing requirements, and health & safety standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in administrative, or customer service role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good IT literacy (MS Office, email, booking platforms).
  • Excellent communication skills for dealing with clients, tenants, and contractors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
