SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are calling candidates who would like to be part of our dedicated admin teams in the Southeastern Melbourne Suburbs to partner with the General Manager of the care home and in some cases team of Administrators. We are looking for dynamic, experienced Administration Officers (known as a Customer Service Consultant (CSC)in Bupa) to apply. The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly. You will work with the team to complete a range of administrative duties across different sections of the business, each CSC has their own portfolio of duties. Generally, we have one that focuses on rostering and pay, training/compliance/HR, and one on occupancy and residents, and then everyone has reception duties.
