Responsibilities

To support the Business Office function through ensuring all administrative processes within the hospital are maintained effectively with strict compliance to Spire procedures and to undertake basic financial processes in accordance with procedures as required.

  • Ensuring all administrative financial process are executed in a timely manner to meet Month End deadlines.
  • Co-ordinating, directing and resolving queries and issues raised by patients, consultants and vendors effectively and efficiently.
  • Contacting patients and insurance companies to obtain the appropriate payment/authorisation prior admission.
  • To accurately input all departmental charges on patient accounts and file records appropriately adhering to GDPR legislations
  • Performing daily, weekly and monthly checks in order to aid the smooth running of a busy environment.
  • Carry out any other duty that reasonably falls within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post.
