About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Advisor within the Deputy Chief Executive Office, supporting the Service Delivery group. Reporting to the Business Manager – Service Delivery, this role is responsible for proactively identifying and implementing improvements to business, financial and administrative processes to enhance the Group’s operational effectiveness. As a trusted partner, you will build strong relationships with leaders to understand their work and priorities, helping to remove barriers and drive delivery forward. You will work alongside a team of experienced Business Advisors sharing your knowledge and skills, and collaborating with Coordinators, Team Administrators and Personal Assistants to provide high quality advisory and administrative support across Service Delivery. Some of your responsibilities will include: Supporting tasks and projects by coordinating the right people and actions to ensure outcomes are delivered effectively and on time, acting as a conjugate, bringing persons involved in the task/project together to do the ‘doing’ to present the finished product to leaders. Generating operational reports and communications, providing meaningful insights and commentary. Developing resources and artifacts to monitor, review or advance initiatives, such as PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, information sheets, key messages, SharePoint pages, Lists, forms and flows. ​​​​​​​​​​​Working with Risk Managers and leaders maintain strong risk awareness and effective management practices across Service Delivery. Supporting the Resilience and Readiness Team to delivery Business Continuity Activities. Continuously improving the Group’s efficiency and processes through regular review and implementation of new initiatives. Championing opportunities to embed Huakina Te Rā and to promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of work. The appointing salary for this role will sit between $89,288 – $110,047 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
