In this role, you will work at the interface between business teams and IT, supporting strategic and operational initiatives across the supply chain. You will play a key role in understanding business needs, formalizing requirements, and ensuring the successful deployment of robust and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze end‑to‑end Supply Chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, order management) Collect, structure, and document business requirements from operational stakeholders Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories Contribute to the implementation or evolution of Supply Chain tools (ERP, planning systems, reporting tools) Support testing phases (functional testing, UAT) and ensure solution alignment with business needs Participate in change management activities, including communication, training, and user adoption Act as a key contributor in cross‑functional and often international project teams Required Skills & Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Supply Chain, Operations, or industrial environments Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and constraints in complex production contexts Strong analytical and structured mindset with attention to detail Able to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders Comfortable working in large organizations with strong process and quality requirements The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $44,951 - $105,456 CAD. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
