Thryv is looking for a driven, results-focused Business Advisor (Inside Sales) to join our high-performing inside sales team. This is a permanent, full-time work-from-home role based in Australia — no commute, no compromise. You'll be the voice of Thryv, proactively reaching out to existing customers and new prospects via outbound and inbound calls. You'll help local SMBs discover and expand their use of the Thryv platform — an award-winning all-in-one solution that helps businesses save time, communicate better and get paid faster. Start Date: Monday 29 June 2026   WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR This role is best suited to candidates who bring experience across all four of these areas: * Full sales cycle experience - From first contact and qualification through to close and handover — you've done it all. * Contact centre / Telesales background - You're comfortable in a structured call environment and know how to perform against KPIs. * Sales account management - You have experience nurturing, upselling and growing an existing customer portfolio. * SaaS or digital media knowledge - Familiarity with SaaS platforms or the digital media landscape is a strong advantage.   WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Conducting outbound and inbound calls to existing and prospective Thryv customers * Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying through to close and onboarding handover * Nurturing and growing an existing customer portfolio through upselling and cross-selling relevant products * Acquiring and developing new business opportunities via both inbound and outbound activity * Achieving monthly sales targets and contact centre KPIs set out by the business * Maintaining accurate pipeline records and forecasting expected sales returns to your manager * Ensuring all sales campaigns, workflow and close rates are completed on time and to standard * Complying with all Thryv policies, legislation and required compliance training   WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT * Proven full sales cycle experience — you've opened, progressed and closed deals independently * A strong contact centre or Telesales background with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets * Sales account management experience — growing and retaining an existing customer base * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills — you build trust quickly over the phone * Knowledge of SaaS or the digital media landscape — experience with Thryv or similar platforms is a bonus * Deep understanding of the SME marketplace and what makes local business owners tick * Highly self-motivated and disciplined — you thrive working autonomously from home * Resilient, energetic and solutions-focused, no matter what the day throws at you   WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE * Work from home — permanently - No commute, no compromise.
