JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Advisor with Event and Marketing experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will combine business development expertise with strong marketing and event management skills to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and facilitate foreign direct investment (FDI) opportunities. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while ensuring seamless event organization to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or brand management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing corporate events and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM, analytics, and marketing tools is a plus.
Responsibilities

Development & Advisory· Drive CEO Clubs membership sales and secure high-value clients.· Identify and facilitate FDI opportunities with investors and government entities.· Provide expert advisory on business setup and expansion in the UAE and internationally.· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.· Develop and execute growth strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.· Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.· Arrange B2B meetings, qualify leads, and close deals.· Collaborate with leadership to grow and retain key accounts.· Maintain accurate client and prospect data in CRM systems (Salesforce/DMS).
