Job Description Location: Mumbai Project Title: Regional (India & South East Asia) Business Affairs for Small Catalogue Acquisition deals Reporting Line: Direct reporting line: Head of Legal, India & South Asia Dotted reporting line: Central Legal or VP SCA. Mission: The Senior Leader Business Affairs will be responsible for managing all SCA small catalogue acquisition processes for the territories of India & South East Asia ensuring efficient and legally sound execution of transactions. The role requires strong expertise in intellectual property (IP) laws and M&A transactions with knowledge of the local territories and with a focus on supporting the scalability of the business while ensuring adherence to Group legal standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and support throughout all catalogue acquisition processes in India & South East Asia. Conduct and oversee legal due diligence processes, independently or in collaboration with external legal advisors, with a strong emphasis on IP and content rights.
