Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Business Broker, your role will be to identify business owners who are ready to sell and match them with prospective buyers. You will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with small and medium-sized business owners and advising them on how to prepare their business for sale.
  • Managing the entire sales process, including buyer qualification, negotiations, due diligence, and deal closure.
  • Actively sourcing, qualifying, and engaging with buyers to ensure the right match for each business.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and acting with professionalism throughout each transaction.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to support marketing, lead generation, and client engagement.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, supported by marketing resources, administrative assistance, training, and ongoing professional development.
