READY TO SHAPE THE FUTURE OF WORK AT UNITYWATER?
We’re looking for a Business Agility Coach to join our Transformation and Change team, helping build a future-ready organisation that’s aligned, adaptable and driven by customer and community, people, and sustainable network outcomes.
As our Business Agility Coach, you’ll play a key role in embedding agility as a mindset and practice across the organisation, helping teams unlock new ways of thinking, working, and delivering value.
This senior-level role is all about empowering people. You’ll coach and guide teams to build the habits, skills, and behaviours needed to thrive in a future-ready workplace. By fostering resilience, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset, you’ll help shape a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Working hands-on with teams across Unitywater, you’ll lead by example, encouraging simplicity, collaboration, and alignment between everyday work and strategic goals.
You are coach who thrives on helping teams unlock their potential and believes agility is more than process; it’s a mindset that enables people to adapt, collaborate and deliver meaningful value!
If you’re passionate about helping people embrace change, improve user experiences, and drive meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!
