You will be responsible for managing the supply plans for your assigned products and production lines, balancing customer demand, production capacity, inventory levels and business priorities. In this dynamic role, you will navigate product launches, phase-outs, changing business trends, capacity constraints and component availability.

  • Proactively identify supply risks, constraints and opportunities and translate these into appropriate actions
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure they remain aligned with strategic targets
  • Investigate deviations and constraints through root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions
  • Provide scenario analyses to support business and supply chain decision-making
  • Work closely with production sites and critical resource owners to ensure continuity of supply
  • Participate in weekly and monthly planning meetings, including IDP, PLT and GSCT meetings
  • Collaborate with global Supply Chain teams and provide input and recommendations regarding tactical and strategic decisions
  • Identify opportunities and risks related to variation management, scrap reduction, global initiatives and alternative supply strategies
  • Ensure planning cycles are completed accurately and on time
  • Work according to established procedures, policies and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end Supply Chain

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain professional who takes ownership, makes decisions and enjoys working in an international and complex environment.
