We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) for machines. This is a pioneering role in a rapidly evolving market, requiring extensive investigation to understand business needs and requirements. You will collaborate with an architect and Product Owner to develop and implement a comprehensive IGA plan for machines.

EXPERIENCE:

Above all we are looking for new colleagues with an insatiable curiosity in IAM, technology and self-development on a medior/senior level. You help to define business or technical problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. You will guide the team with your experience and make a difference every day.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within IAM.
  • Strong background in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
  • Experience with IGA or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Design, develop, and implement workflows
  • Familiarity with machine identity management is advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough investigations to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborating with architects and Product Owners
  • Preparing technical specifications for processes using workflows and integrations using APIs
  • Understanding the goals and needs of the business as no other. You are able to understand the question behind the question and translate that into requirements.
  • Present the product roadmap and demonstrate recently implemented features to the stakeholders and users
  • Ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solution
