Job Title: Business Analyst (5-6 Years) with P&C insurance Knowledge Job Summary: A Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing requirements, designing systems, and ensuring successful implementation Core Skills and Must Have Strong Insurance knowledge of P &C, GL, Broker management process. good verbal and influence skills. Familiarity with Analyst methodologies e.g. Use Cases; Business Rule Development; User Interface Specs; Functional Specs,  Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile principles/Framework Key Responsibilities: * Ability to understand general business requirements and implement corresponding technical solutions,  * Full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis,  * Ability to work with data and complex systems,  * Experience in an insurance or technology field. Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile principles,  * familiarity with Analyst methodologies e.g. Use Cases; Business Rule Development; User Interface Specs; Functional Specs,  * Must possess excellent interpersonal skills,  * robust communication skills (written and verbal),  * and be team oriented, Must be detail conscious, technically motivated, creative, and user oriented,  * Able to determine and communicate impacts of system functionality and technical approach on performance, scalability and maintainability,  * Ability to manage ambiguity and create accurate project estimates.  * Accurately quantifies project specific risks through the project lifecycle,  * Ability to present information in an influencing manner to leadership and all business stakeholders. Stakeholder management,  * Proven planning and organization skills,  * creating own work schedules,  * prioritizing workload,  * preparing in advance and setting realistic timescales,  * Adaptable to new/different strategies, programs, technologies, practices, cultures, etc. Comfortable with change, able to easily make transitions.   Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 5-7 Years of Experience * Proven troubleshooting skills with a focus on analysis and resolution of complex issues. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * A quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
