    Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting strategic retail initiatives, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing plans, and driving business intelligence across Travel Retail Oceania . This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for optimizing stock, sales performance, and profitability.
    Reporting to the Regional Director , this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and has a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage Newness forecast and stock replenishment throughout all doors in TR Oceania in collaboration with our Regional Logistics & Distribution department
  • Be accountable for the Oceania sell-in objectives in each budget exercise and for its follow-up and tracking throughout the year
  • Be in regular contact with our retailers to monitor out-of-stock issues, newness on-counter dates and exit strategy for discontinued skus (ie. returns) where relevant.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports in conjunction with the Retail Manager
  • Prepare and present monthly sales by category/franchise report to the team and to the Regional Director with actionable insights for all departments: Retail, Training, Visual Merchandising
  • Prepare/co-ordinate sales strategy documents for retailers’ strategy meetings and attend.
  • Analyse stock levels and returns to drive the objectives

Profile

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Background in marketing, luxury retail, or beauty industry preferred.
