Description

The Partner Programs & Custom Tools Support team is part of the Partner Applications Support team, playing a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations. You will collaborate with teams such as OAL, iLearning, Pearson, and Expertise Center Development to synchronize user certificates and customer success stories in the Expertise Dashboard. Your responsibilities will include managing user access, domain updates, and badge assignments within OPS, as well as supporting system enhancements by partnering with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and PRM and Store OAL teams. Additionally, you will provide weekly status updates on technical issue resolution and bug fixes, ensuring clear communication across internal teams. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, working with multiple stakeholders, and contributing to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. 11 AM to 8 PM (IST Time Zone) 2-3 years relevant work experience.
